I feel like arguing a bit about how "stern-faced" I must look, but yes, I am exactly as you say.

Though, I've been considering lightening up my image. What can I say? I know a lovely young miss with a lovely young soul that convinces me to try to be younger.

I fear that I would not look good in them. White is meant for others - not me. But I suppose perhaps smiling a bit more would do the trick. Although, I have been told when I smile, it makes people think I'm scheming.

I wonder why they think that? Sometimes a smile is just a smile! Some of them can definitely be for scheming, but it's not fair to assume that right away. Also, 'scheming' doesn't seem like the right word for you, maybe. I scheme. You calculate, I think.
